Payment Options

  • We accept all major credit and debit cards through Paypal. We do not accept checks or money orders.

    Shipping & Handling

    • We use United States Postal Service Priority Mail (USPS) to ship your order.
    • At this time, we only accept orders within the United States and only ship to contiguous United States.
    • The shipping costs varies depending on the products and it will be shown before you submit the order.
    • We are not responsible for lost packages. In the event that your package is lost, please contact the carrier with your tracking number to process a claim.

      Returns

      • Teas have varying weights. If you are unhappy with the (unopened/unused) teas you ordered or have an order discrepancy, please report any problems within 10 calendar days of receipt of your order.
      • We do not refund for opened cans of tea or accessories. The customer is responsible for the return of unopened cans of tea and/or broken items (e.g. teapots, infusers, mugs, etc.).
      • To return an item, login to your account and select the order you are returning. Click “REFUND” and select the items you wish to return. Or email us at: info@theteaexperienceny.com We will contact you with instructions on how to return. Please keep original packaging. Note that the customer pays the return postage fee.
      • SimpliciTEA Boxes are non-refundable. If you wish to cancel your subscription please let us know at least 10 days BEFORE your next subscription charge date.
