Winter Solstice: What is it All About?

Winter Solstice: What is it All About?

According to Almanac.com, the Winter Solstice is the day with the fewest hours of sunlight throughout the year, making it the “shortest day” of the year. Although the winter solstice means the start of winter, it also means the return of more sunlight. It only gets brighter from here!

How can we observe the effects of Solstice ourselves? On the solstice day (today, 12/21/24), stand outside at noon and look at your shadow, meditate, release negative energy, and then enjoy the simple pleasure of drinking calming, soothing teas.
