Cold-brewed iced tea is delicious. The process allows the true sweetness and flavor of the tea to shine. You will never experience bitter tea when cold brewed. The downside of cold brew is you will need to brew for a minimum of 14 hours - longer if you want a more robust taste.

Cold Brewed Iced Tea
- Combine 8 cups cold (fresh, low in chlorine and calcium salts) water with 6 tablespoons of loose tea (using an infuser) or 10 tea bags in a pitcher.
- Cover and refrigerate 15 to 30 hours, until it's the strength you like.
- Remove the infuser or tea bags.
- Add simple syrup, agave, honey, sugar, lemon etc. to taste.
- Add ice and enjoy!
Hot Brewed Iced Tea
- Bring 8 cups (fresh, low in chlorine and calcium salts) water to a simmer.
- Remove from heat and add 3 tablespoons of loose tea (using an infuser) or 6 tea bags.
- Let steep for 4-6 minutes, until it's the strength you like.
- Remove the infuser or tea bags.
- Let cool, then transfer to a pitcher, cover and refrigerate.
- Add simple syrup, agave, honey, sugar, lemon etc. to taste.
- Add ice and enjoy!
