Pricing & Shipping Information
What’s the cost of shipping?
All products are quoted in $US dollars. Shipping and sales tax, if applicable, will be added to your total purchase price. Your account will be charged within 24 hours of completing checkout. We make every effort possible to have our items correctly priced and have their stock quantities up-to-date, but occasionally this information may be incorrect. If the item you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you of this. At this point, you can choose to pick a similar item or cancel your order for a full refund.
When will you ship my order?
Most subscription boxes are shipped through United States Postal Service (USPS) within the USA’s 48 contiguous states. Rates (based on weight and size) are calculated at check out. Fedex and UPS shipping options are available if you need an item expedited. Please contact us and we’d love to help you with your request. You will receive an email from us when your subscription box ships.
We trust that your merchandise should arrive safely. Please check all items for possible shipping damage upon receipt. If any damage has been found, please email pictures to sales@theteaexperienceny.com within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will help you file a claim with the carrier for your shipment.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
- Subscription Box Delivery: If you subscribe between the 1st and the 7th of the month, you'll receive this month's box, which will ship around the 22nd through the end of the month. If you subscribe the 8th of the month or later, you'll receive next month's box.
- Shop items: If you order today, your items will ship within 1 week.

How do I track an order?
After your shipping label has been printed and processed, you'll receive an email from us with tracking information.
How can I check my order status?
Be sure to create a store account and include the email address you used on your initial order. After creating a new store account, login. Once you login, you’ll see a list of recent orders. Here, you can view or cancel an order. You may not cancel orders after they have been shipped.
Can I change my subscription?
Sure! First, create a store account and be sure to use the email address you used on your initial order. After creating a new account, login and click "Subscriptions". From there, you may skip a month or cancel your subscription.
Can I return purchased items?
We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you wish to return your purchase, please email sales@theteaexperienceny.com for return instructions. Please know that we will only accept returns of unopened cans of tea and/or unused items within 30 calendar days of receipt of your order. The amount of your original item purchased will be refunded to you, excluding any shipping charges. PLEASE NOTE –subscriptions, custom orders, special-order merchandise, sale and personalized items are not returnable.
Can I cancel my SimpliciTEA Box Subscription?
We would be sad to see you go! If you need to cancel your subscription, please visit our website https://www.theteaexperienceny.com, access your account and fill out the form to cancel your membership. PleaseYou can also update your payment method, update your billing & shipping address and change your box through this link. PLEASE NOTE – cancellation requests must be received 14 days before your billing date or you will be charged for the following month.

The SimpliciTEA Box features a set of top-quality teas and hand-picked products by Leslie Allicks. There's a different theme each month, all focused on helping you to enjoy the simple pleasure and experience of your tea journey. Every month, the tea and products change and are typically a surprise!
Other Store Policies
Teas have varying weights. If you are unhappy with the (unopened/unused) teas you ordered or have an order discrepancy, please report any problems within 30 calendar days of receipt of your order. Login to your account and select the order you are returning. Click “Return Order” and select the items you wish to return. Or email us at: sales@theteaexperienceny.com. The amount of your original item purchased will be refunded to you, excluding any shipping charges. We will contact you with instructions on how to return, if needed. Please keep original packaging.
While we strive to keep our products in stock, occasionally an item may become unavailable after your order is placed. In such cases, we reserve the right to offer a suitable replacement. If you prefer not to accept a substitution, please let us know, and we'll be happy to assist you with alternative options or a refund.
