The Starbucks Medicine Ball Tea, also known as the Honey Citrus Mint Tea, is a popular cold remedy drink. Our version will use our popular Cheeky Peach tea. I bring you, Honey Peach Mint Tea!
Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon of Moroccan Mint Tea
- 1 tablespoon of Cheeky Peach Tea
- 1 cup hot water
- 1 tablespoon honey (adjust to taste)
- 1/2 cup steamed lemonade (link to recipe below)
- Optional: Slice of lemon and a few fresh mint leaves for garnish
Instructions:
- Steep the Tea:
- In a teapot or tea infuser, combine the Moroccan Mint Tea and Cheeky Peach Tea.
- Heat 1 cup of water to just below boiling (around 175-185°F or 80-85°C).
- Pour the hot water over the loose-leaf tea blend.
- Allow the tea to steep for about 4-5 minutes. Adjust the steeping time based on your personal preference for tea strength.
- Strain the Tea:
- Remove the tea leaves by straining the brewed tea into a large cup or mug.
- Add Honey:
- Stir in 1 tablespoon of honey (adjust to taste). You can add more or less honey depending on your sweetness preference.
- Prepare Steamed Lemonade:
- Heat 1/2 cup of lemonade until it's hot but not boiling.
- You can steam it on the stovetop or in the microwave.

- Combine and Garnish:
- Pour the steamed lemonade into the brewed tea and honey mixture.
- Stir well to combine.
- Optionally, garnish with a slice of lemon and a few fresh mint leaves.
- Serve and Enjoy:
- Your homemade Medicine Ball Tea is ready! Sip on it while it's warm for a soothing and comforting experience.
