When's my first box?
Subscribe by the 7th for that month's box (ships ~22nd–end of month); after the 7th, it ships next month.
Can I cancel?
Yes! anytime, directly from your account, with no phone call required. If your next box has already been billed at the time you cancel, that box will still ship as your final delivery, and you won't be charged again after that.
Refunds?
Subscription boxes aren't returnable, but damaged items are made right within 48 hours of delivery-just let us know.
