Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.
Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries monthly unless you choose to pay in advance.Â
Subscriptions renew on the same day of enrollment each month. If you subscribe today, your method of payment will be charged immediately at checkout. Your box will renew on your original order date. For example, if you bought your first box on the 16th of the month, your box will renew next month on the 16th.
Once renewals process, they cannot be canceled. Be sure to update your subscription status before your next renewal date.

We’re sad to see you go! If you need to cancel your subscription, please visit our website https://www.theteaexperienceny.com, access your account, and fill out the form to cancel your membership. You can also update your payment method, update your billing & shipping address, and change your box through this link. Â
PLEASE NOTE – cancellation requests must be received 14 days before your billing date or you will be charged for the following month.  Â
To skip or cancel:
To edit your subscription, you’ll need to activate your store account. To activate it, go here: https://theteaexperienceny.com/account/register
Use the same email address you used for your initial order. After you’ve registered, you can LOGIN to your account and click, "My Subscriptions". Click on the subscription you'd like to edit.
From here, you’ll be able to update payment methods or addresses, skip boxes, and cancel.
