Cancellation policy
SimpliciTEA Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries monthly.
Subscriptions renew on the same day of enrollment each month. If you subscribe today, your method of payment will be charged immediately at checkout. Your box will renew on your original order date. For example, if you bought your first box on the 16th of the month, your box will renew next month on the 16th. Once renewals process, they cannot be canceled. Be sure to update your subscription status before your next renewal date.
Cancelling your SimpliciTEA Box Subscription
You can cancel at any time by logging into your account and submitting a cancellation request, the same way you set up your subscription. Cancellation takes effect immediately once submitted. If a box has already been billed before your cancellation is processed, that box will ship as your final delivery, and no further charges will be made. You are never required to call or email to cancel, though you're welcome to reach us at sales@theteaexperienceny.com if you run into any trouble.

To skip or cancel:
To edit your subscription, you’ll need to activate your store account. To activate it, go here: https://theteaexperienceny.com/account/register
Use the same email address you used for your initial order. After you’ve registered, you can LOGIN to your account and click, "My Subscriptions". Click on the subscription you'd like to edit.
From here, you’ll be able to update payment methods or addresses, skip boxes, and cancel.
