Returns

We want you to love your purchase!  If you wish to return your purchase, please email sales@theteaexperienceny.com for return instructions.  Please know that we will only accept returns of unopened cans of tea and/or unused items within 30 days of purchase. The amount of your original purchase will be refunded to you, excluding any shipping charges.   

PLEASE NOTE – subscriptions, custom orders, special-order merchandise, sale, and personalized items are not returnable.
