Every October, the world shines a little pinker as we honor Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Itâs a time to celebrate survivors, support those in treatment, and remember the loved ones weâve lost.
For me, this month is deeply personal. My fatherâs battle with colon cancer showed me firsthand the courage, exhaustion, and quiet strength that come with a cancer journey. I spent countless hours at chemotherapy sessions, doctorâs appointments, and later hospice care. And through it all, I discovered how even the smallest ritualsâlike sharing a cup of organic loose-leaf teaâcan bring comfort, calm, and connection.
