Lester’s Centennial Blend

I created Lester’s Centennial Blend to celebrate my father, Lester, who would have turned 100 this month. His love for simple black tea and the stories we shared during the year I cared for him helped shape the foundation of The Tea Experience NY. Those conversations about our Caribbean roots, our Dutch tea‑drinking heritage, and our family’s history changed my life and this blend is my way of honoring the man at the heart of that journey.

Lester’s Centennial tea features Organic Kenyan Black Tea — bold, clean, and classic, just the way he enjoyed it. Apple and mango to add a gentle sweetness, and cinnamon brings a warm, comforting finish. Brew for 3 - 5 minutes

This commemorative tea is a celebration of his legacy and the inspiration he continues to give me. 10% of every purchase will be donated to the Humane Society of Westchester to extend his spirit of generosity.
